WHAT IS THE MILfit PROGRAM?

We’re thrilled to introduce MILfit (Mom’s Into Lifting and Fitness) – a 6-week Mom-Friendly Workout Program launching in January! This is a unique program designed for moms – combining strength training, cardio and postpartum recovery, with the convenience of letting your baby relax in the stroller safely nearby. 

We’re offering an early bird special for those who sign up before December 15th!

Here’s what makes this program special:

  •  Classes Offered 3x a Week for 6 weeks (January 13th through February 21st)
  •  Two Session Times Available

Group 1:  9:30-10:30am (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)

Group 2:  2:00-3:00pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

  •  If you need to switch times occasionally, just let us know– we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
  • Small, Intimate Classes:  To ensure a personal experience, class sizes are kept to a limited number of participants – no overcrowding, just focused attention and space to move while being able to keep an eye on your little one. 
  • Miss a Class? No Problem! Use our provided app for guided home workouts, or make it up by joining any of our other classes offered at the gym (baby-free).
  • Community Vibes: Once a week, stay after class for complimentary snacks and beverages – connect with other moms and build lasting friendships. If you need to show up late, leave early, or tend to your baby during class – we’ve all been there and we get it!

Cost:

  • Early Bird Pricing: $400 for 6-week program (register by December 15th)
  • After December 15th: $450 for 6-week program
