WHAT IS THE “BURN WITH BABY” PROGRAM?

We’re thrilled to introduce Burn With Baby – a 6-week Mom-Friendly Workout Program! This is a unique program designed for moms – combining strength training, cardio and postpartum recovery, with the convenience of letting your baby relax in the stroller safely nearby.

Cost:

  • 6-week Program: $400 (or prorated according to start date)
  • Drop-in Fee: $30/class

Spots are limited, and with our intimate class sizes, they fill quickly!

Here’s what makes this program special:

  •  Classes Offered 3x per Week for 6 weeks (January 20th through February 28th)
  •  Class Times: 11:00am – 12:00pm (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
  • Workouts are designed to strengthen your full body and improve your fitness level. Postpartum recovery and core will be a major focus in programming.
  • Small, Intimate Classes:  To ensure a personal experience, class sizes are kept to a limited number of participants – no overcrowding, just focused attention and space to move while being able to keep an eye on your little one.
  • Miss a Class? No Problem! Use our provided app for guided home workouts, or make it up by joining any of our other classes offered at the gym (baby-free).
  • Community Vibes: Once a week, stay after class for complimentary snacks and beverages – connect with other moms and build lasting friendships. If you need to show up late, leave early, or tend to your baby during class – we’ve all been there and we get it!
