PERSONAL TRAINING
Here at South Bay Fitness Focus, we offer Personal Training sessions to anyone interested in a health and fitness program designed specifically for you. Our trainers, each nationally certified, will work with you one-on-one to set goals and develop the safest, most effective routines. We offer nutritional counseling and not only give you a great workout in a positive atmosphere, but also help you understand the full picture of fitness. Our sessions are 55-minutes, and programs change monthly to keep your body from hitting a plateau.
PARTNER TRAINING
Prefer working out with a friend or family member? No problem! Our Partners Training program includes all of the aspects of personal training, just with another person joining you in your workouts. You still receive a customized program, specific to where you’re at in your fitness journey and what your goals are that you would like to achieve. We can train two clients with different goals and fitness levels at the same time, so no need to worry if you’re not at the same place. Our sessions are also 55-minutes, and programs change monthly to keep your workouts fun and constantly changing.
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Small-Group Training is the perfect option for people who want a customized program but prefer to work out with other people. You will get the exclusivity of our Personal Training program, as well as the chance to challenge others and push yourself in a fun variety of exercises. You can bring your own small-group, otherwise we will put you with others at times we have available. For each 55-minute session, our trainers will design a specific program for you individually. Sessions range from 2-4 people, and are available to all ages and fitness levels.
