I have been training with Brett for over 5 years.
When we started, I weighted 285 lbs. I am currently 220 lbs. Brett has helped me lose 65 lbs and maintain it long term.
I am a chef and enjoy cooking meals with friends and family. He made me realize how “tasting” my dishes can really add up long term. I’ve had personal trainers before but none of them helped me as much as Brett has. He really kept me accountable and constantly stepped up my workouts so I never knew what to expect.
Workouts are always fun and challenging. He has made me strengthen my weaknesses and understand how important doing that is. Brett has helped me transform my life.
