Brett the owner is such a great guy and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. Classes are challenging yet fun! Would recommend 10/10.

I started in Dec 2018 and immediately felt like I was being folded into a family. The support and encouragement I've been given along the way makes me look forward to coming to the gym. I cannot recommend South Bay Fitness Focus enough.

I tried one session with Brett and was inspired to continue. Brett is a great motivator, he pushes me to work harder and I'm happy with the results over the last 5 months. My flexibility and core strength have improved and I'm losing inches! Check out this gym if you're looking for motivation and results!
